Do you deliver and install?

We offer free delivery for customers living within a 15 mile radius of our store. Delivery and standard installation (tabletop stand) is charged from £55. We also offer a wall mounting service at £125, plus the cost of the bracket.
Do you price match?

We check our prices twice a week against our main competitors (both online and in-store) to make sure we stay competitive. If however you do find a product cheaper than us, please give us a call and we will be able to evaluate your price match request: 01527 872 460
Do you repair AV equipment?

Do you offer extended warranties?

Why can't I buy online?

Unfortunately, distance selling regulations make it difficult to sell our products online. Please visit us in store to complete your purchase. Don't worry, we're friendly!
Can you copy VHS tapes to DVD?

Yes! We can copy your old VHS tapes to DVD, but only if they are personal recordings. Copyright law prohibits the reproduction of any commercially released content. Please note, we can only copy VHS tapes. The charge for this is £8/Copy.
